Refund Eligibility

Presentsstrcraft offers refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If you cancel a lesson package before any lessons have been completed, you are eligible for a full refund
  • If we are unable to provide the service due to technical issues on our end
  • If a tutor cancels a lesson and we cannot provide a suitable replacement
  • If you are not satisfied with your first lesson and request a refund within 48 hours

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Lessons that have already been completed
  • No-show appointments where the student did not attend
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at info@presentsstrcraft.cv with your account information and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Lesson Cancellation

Students may cancel or reschedule lessons with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged as a completed lesson. In case of emergencies, please contact us to discuss options.

Package Modifications

If you wish to modify your lesson package (e.g., upgrade or downgrade), please contact us. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. Unused lessons from a package may be applied to a new package or refunded on a pro-rated basis.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the number of lessons completed or services used. For example, if you have used a portion of a lesson package, we may refund the unused portion on a pro-rated basis.

Partial refunds are calculated based on the original purchase price and the number of lessons or services remaining in your package.

Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you experience a medical emergency, family crisis, or other extenuating circumstances that prevent you from continuing with lessons, please contact us to discuss your situation.

We will review each case individually and may offer accommodations such as extended lesson validity, account credits, or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

If you have concerns about a lesson or service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Our customer service team will investigate your concern and respond within 48 hours. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and to your satisfaction.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund procedures.

Refund requests submitted before policy changes will be processed according to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
